Old Business


  • No report submitted for March

    • Will turn in monthly report for March and April

      • Let Jim/Randy know about totals


  • Radio Test and Programming

    • Joe and Randy will be working to schedule time to get the radios programmed and later tested.  Radios around the county fire stations and 911 will be programmed and tested. Details will be worked out.  DStar will be included in the programming.


  • SOG

    • Things are getting touched up so that it can be passed up to the EC and AECs for review.


  • 501c3

    • CMARC has submitted to the IRS.


  • Equipment List

    • Jeff and Dennis talked a bit and compiled a list and sent it to Mike Tobin for further review.

      • TV hookup for FS #1


      • Digital Relay equipment


      • Ideas for data over HF including software


      • DMRC trailer fixes / changes


      • 2 wheel carts


      • Question on if grant would cover a new radio for the D1 trailer

New Business


  • Common Ground July 5th (Thurs) - 8th (Sun)

    • Those interested (Dennis, Jim Greiner volunteered).


    • There was discussion about the possibility of having someone interested in joining the ARPSC to be a shadow

      • Promote in SCOPE / FB / CMARC Group / ETC


    • This is subject to approval, but could be a recruitment tool


  • SET Saturday the 28th

    • SEOC will be responding to the counties


    • 9-noon voice exercise


    • Goal is to pass traffic to the SEOC -- stations will be given traffic to pass with a few pieces of traffic


    • Form 205 for the exercise to monitor DStar, DMR (possible w/ dongle? MotoTurbo could work here too)


    • Should be a repeat of the 2017 exercise to address deficiencies.  Will be directed to pass messages


    • YouTube video on how to pass voice traffic is available (insert link here)


    • Volunteers include John Tyree, Jeff, Randy, Me -- meet a little before 9

  • NTS

    • March: 3183 check ins -- 516 pieces of traffic handled -- 301 sessions -- 1320 hours -- value of NTS man hour contribution $31+k


    • Make sure to send your report in (same as CMARC language) so that you are a part of this number.


  • Field Day

    • John Tyree will be taking care of the 6m / VHF station


    • Jeff Dennis will run the educational activity (Fox Hunt)
